The saddest thing today about India.

People are growing in salaries not skills.

I have met so many people who are just the same they were when I met them years ago. They are doing the same job in the same way. Their behaviours are also the same.

And then there comes a point when these people lose their jobs and become unemployable.

Yes the education system is poor
Yes the economy is going through a rough patch
Yes...the list is endless

But we havent learnt to change have we?

We have become BOTs of our own selves finding it difficult to change!

I went through the same as well, and struggled to change.

I realised kids are thousand times better
